7.1 All interactions must be charged through the Dharmaspeaks platform. You agree to comply with pricing terms and make payment for all Services received.

7.2 Payments may be made via credit card, debit card, or digital wallets. Charges are processed in your local currency. You must ensure payment details are accurate and authorized.

7.3 We may process authorization holds to verify payment information. You authorize us to continue charging updated card information received from payment providers.

7.4 You must reimburse us for expenses incurred in collecting owed fees. In limited circumstances, we may process refunds at our sole discretion.

7.5 We will process payments within seven business days of each transaction. Due to payment processing, delays may occur. Multiple charges may be combined.

7.6 Time charges are based on minute increments as measured on our servers. Partial minutes count as complete minutes.

7.7 Spiritual guides are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and assessments.

8.1 You must only use the Services as expressly permitted by these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
